Coronavirous (COVID-19) Notification Date: 12/03/2020
We’ve been keeping a close eye on the Coronavirus situation over the last few weeks and are working very closely with our training partners. The wellbeing, health and safety of our customers remain our top priority.
We understand how important it is to continue to provide you with the best possible service for as long as possible. Understandably we also know that many of you have taken steps to prevent and protect within your own communities, which may result in you not being able to attend or travel to one of our centres.
We are following guidance issued by the government and Public Health England. As the situation develops we will continue to keep you updated. At the moment, the precautionary and preventative measures we’ve adopted means it is business as usual. If we identify an increased risk to our community or have to make a change to the way we operate, we will let you know.
We are monitoring the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 and keeping up-to-date with the Public Health Englands advice. Everyone has a part to play in reducing the spread of the virus and it is therefore important you follow the below guidance.
We have to be cautious:
To make sure we are doing everything we can to protect our community, we would like to ask you not to visit any one of our centres if any of the below applies within the last 14 days:
NHS UK Website: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
When you visit one of our centres, here’s what you can do to help:
1. We encourage our entire community to self-assess and follow the guidance set by the government.
2. We ask that you follow the guidance displayed throughout our centres and maintain good personal hygiene to prevent the spreading of germs:
3. Although we have extra cleaning arrangements in place, all visitors should use the additional sanitisation available in our training rooms, breakout areas and facilities.
4. If you or anyone you know show any signs of respiratory illness, fever, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties please seek medical attention or call 111.
